The Professional Service
Making all the necessary arrangements for the funeral; obtaining statutory forms from doctors and hospitals; paying fees on your behalf; safeguarding personal items; preparing and attending to all the necessary documentation to enable the funeral to take place; liaising with local and/or national newspapers as required; receiving and handling floral tributes; providing chapel of rest facilities as required; receiving and handling appointment 24 hour a day; making and receiving telephone calls on your behalf; providing uniformed drivers, bearers and funeral director to provide a 24 hour service and for the funeral; an appropriate proportion of our overhead costs.

Restricted Service
For the conveyance of the deceased from the place of death during office hours; provision of a hearse to a local cemetery or crematorium at a time suitable to ourselves; a funeral director and necessary bearers and an appropriate coffin excluding disbursements.

Payment Terms
The above costs reflect our charges to you and do not include external payments, paid to third parties on your behalf(e.g. fees payable for minister, church, churchyard, crematorium, obituary, flowers, service sheets etc). These costs will be itemised on your estimate.
We ask that 50% of the total estimated invoice is paid prior to the funeral taking place.
